Privacy Policy — SubTrackr

The short version

Everything you enter into SubTrackr — service names, amounts, billing dates, categories, notes — is stored on your iPhone. Wizlab does not run a server that receives it, cannot read it, and has no way to recover it if you delete the app.

What stays on your device

Your subscriptions and recurring bills, in the app's local database.
Your settings: currency, reminder timing, and appearance choices.
Renewal reminders, which are scheduled as local notifications by iOS. No push server is involved, so no third party learns what you track.

What leaves your device

Two things, and only these:

Purchases. If you buy SubTrackr Pro, the transaction is handled by Apple and validated through RevenueCat, our purchase infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, the App Store transaction receipt, and basic device and country information. It does not receive your subscription list. Anything you choose to share. The shareable annual receipt and CSV export are created on your device and go only where you send them.

What we do not do

No bank connection, card linking, or transaction scraping.
No account, sign-up, or email collection.
No advertising, ad identifiers, or data sale.
No third-party analytics or crash-tracking SDK in the shipping app.

Children

SubTrackr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Since the app collects nothing centrally, there is nothing for us to hold.

Your control

Delete any entry in the app to remove it. Delete the app to remove everything, including scheduled reminders. Pro entitlements are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored from Setup. To ask about a purchase record held by RevenueCat, or to request its deletion, email supanat0245@gmail.com and include the App Store receipt.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published here with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on the App Store.
