TERMS OF USE

The agreement

SubTrackr is published by Wizlab. Downloading or using the app means you accept these terms. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, it wins.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use SubTrackr on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it out, or attempt to extract its source.

SubTrackr Pro

• Pro is offered as a yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Any free trial ends when the paid period begins. Cancelling during the trial avoids the charge; unused trial time is forfeited when you buy.
• Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are Apple's to grant. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What the app is, and is not

SubTrackr records what you tell it and does arithmetic on it. It is not financial advice, not a budgeting authority, and not a cancellation service — it cannot cancel a subscription for you, and no feature claims to. Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS and can be delayed or missed if notifications are off, the device is powered down, or Focus modes intervene. Check your actual billing statements for anything that matters.

Your data

Your entries live on your device. Keeping a backup is your responsibility: delete the app and the data goes with it. See the privacy policy for the full detail.

Acceptable use

Do not use SubTrackr to break the law, and do not attempt to interfere with the app's purchase validation or bypass paid features.

Warranty and liability

SubTrackr is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Wizlab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed cancellations, unexpected renewals, or decisions made from figures shown in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; the current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wizlab is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
